The reservation is only confirmed after full payment of the stay. \n\nThe maximum capacity is 14 guests, and accommodation is always fully booked.\n\nRoom layout:\n<ul>\n\t<li>Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed (mezzanine)<\/li>\n\t<li>Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed (mezzanine)<\/li>\n\t<li>Bedroom 3: 1 double bed<\/li>\n\t<li>Room 4: 1 double bed<\/li>\n\t<li>Room 5: 1 double bed (or 2 single beds, according to preference)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nStays:\n<ul>\n\t<li>Minimum: 1 night<\/li>\n\t<li>Maximum: 30 days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Services<\/h3>\n<ul>\n\t<li>Breakfast included.<\/li>\n\t<li>Meals: Lunch and dinner available by prior arrangement (number of guests and menu to be determined).<\/li>\n\t<li>Transportation: Optional service through our partner <a href=\"https:\/\/douro-first.pt\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Douro First Tours<\/a>.\n<ul>\n\t<li>Contact: +351 935 059 893<\/li>\n\t<li>E-mail: dourofirstours@gmail.com<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\t<li>Parking: Available on site.<\/li>\n\t<li>Pet Hotel Service: Possibility of pet boarding nearby, through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=100070400978377\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Quinta Equestre da Sardoeira<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Payment<\/h3>\n<ul>\n\t<li>At the time of booking: Full payment of the total stay is required to guarantee the reservation.<\/li>\n\t<li>At check-in: A security deposit of \u20ac600 is required.<\/li>\n\t<li>Security Deposit Refund: This amount will be refunded to you after your stay (via the same credit card used, if applicable), after verifying the condition of the accommodation and deducting the cost of any damage you may have caused to the property.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cancellation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n\t<li>Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before the check-in date, with a full refund of the amount paid.<\/li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color: transparent\">After these deadlines, no refunds will be issued.<\/span><\/li>\n\t<li>To cancel, please contact us by phone: +351 962 736 161 | +351 934 504 124 or email: reservas@casadoferrao.pt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Schedules<\/h3>\n<ul>\n\t<li>Check-in: from 2 PM to 6 PM (flexible, subject to availability)<\/li>\n\t<li>Check-out: until noon (12:00) (flexible, subject to availability)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pets<\/h3>\nCasa do Ferr\u00e3o does not accept pets (\u201cno pet friendly\u201d).\nHowever, there is the possibility of boarding animals at nearby facilities \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=100070400978377\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Quinta Equestre da Sardoeira<\/a>, by direct reservation.\n\n<h3>Parking lot<\/h3>\nFree private parking is available for guests.\n\n<h3>Use of facilities and equipment<\/h3>\nCasa do Ferr\u00e3o is limited to providing guests with the accommodations, indoor and outdoor spaces, swimming pool, furniture, equipment, and other amenities existing on the property, under normal operating and conservation conditions.\n\nThe use of facilities and equipment is carried out freely and under the responsibility of the respective users, who are responsible for using them prudently, appropriately and exclusively for their intended purposes, respecting the applicable rules and instructions for use and safety.\n\nCasa do Ferr\u00e3o does not provide security, escort, or supervision services for guests using the facilities, pool, or equipment.\n\nWhenever any anomaly, malfunction or deficiency is detected, the guest must suspend the use of the space or equipment in question and immediately report the occurrence to Casa do Ferr\u00e3o.\n\n<h3>Guest responsibility<\/h3>\nGuests are responsible for their use of the facilities, pool, furniture, equipment and other items made available to them, as well as for complying with the rules established for their use.\n\nIt is the responsibility of each user to take appropriate precautions for their own safety and the safety of others, as well as to assess the suitability of using the facilities and equipment according to their own abilities and personal circumstances.\n\nCasa do Ferr\u00e3o is not responsible for accidents or damages resulting from improper, reckless, or negligent use of the facilities or equipment, failure to comply with the rules of use and safety, or acts or behaviors of the guest or third parties that are not attributable to Casa do Ferr\u00e3o.\n\nThe reserve owner must ensure that all individuals within the reserve area are aware of and comply with these rules.\n\n<h3>Pool<\/h3>\nThe swimming pool is available for guests&#8217; independent use and does not have permanent security or supervision services.\n\nThe use of the pool is the responsibility of the users, who are responsible for taking appropriate precautions, especially considering the depth of the pool, the condition of the surrounding floor, and their own physical and swimming abilities.\n\nAny reckless or dangerous use is prohibited, especially running in the area around the pool, using glass containers in its vicinity, or engaging in behavior likely to endanger the user or others.\n\nCasa do Ferr\u00e3o is not responsible for accidents resulting from the reckless or improper use of the pool or from failure to comply with these rules.\n\n<h3>Minors and people in need of supervision.<\/h3>\nChildren under 18 must remain under the proper and constant supervision of a responsible adult, especially when using the pool and any areas or equipment that may present increased risks.\n\nIt is the sole responsibility of parents, legal guardians, or responsible adults to ensure this supervision; Casa do Ferr\u00e3o does not provide any childcare or supervision services for minors.\n\nThe same applies to people who, due to age, physical condition, or other circumstances, require special assistance.\n\n<h3>Damage caused or missing items<\/h3>\nGuests agree to preserve the facilities, furniture, equipment, and other property of Casa do Ferr\u00e3o and to use them appropriately.\n\nGuests are responsible for any damage, deterioration, loss, or defects resulting from improper, negligent, or reckless use, or from any action attributable to them.\n\nThe reservation holder is liable to Casa do Ferr\u00e3o, to the extent legally permissible, for damages caused by him and by the persons covered by the respective reservation.\n\nWe reserve the right to charge for any damages intentionally caused by the customer, presenting the corresponding invoices with the amounts corresponding to the items or repairs to be charged.\nThe \u20ac600 deposit may be partially or fully retained, depending on the assessment of the damages.
