In case of unauthorized use, you must notify Casa do Ferr\u00e3o immediately. \n<h2>4 \u2013 Rights and obligations of Casa do Ferr\u00e3o<\/h2>\nCasa do Ferr\u00e3o reserves the right to:\n<ul>\n\t<li>You may modify, add to, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n\t<li>Suspend or terminate the Services, in whole or in part, without prior notice.<\/li>\n\t<li>Remove illegal, offensive content or content that violates the rights of third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nTechnical support is available via email at <a href=\"mailto:geral@casadoferrao.pt\">geral@casadoferrao.pt<\/a>.\n<h2>5 \u2013 Intellectual property<\/h2>\nAll content on this Site, including text, photographs, images, and software, is the property of Casa do Ferr\u00e3o or duly identified third parties.\n\nThe user cannot:\n<ul>\n\t<li>Copying, modifying, creating derivative works, or distributing content without express authorization.<\/li>\n\t<li>Remove or alter intellectual property notices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe use of the booking interface on the Site is authorized exclusively for making reservations for Casa do Ferr\u00e3o.\n<h2>6 \u2013 Exclusion of warranties<\/h2>\nThe Services are provided \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d. Casa do Ferr\u00e3o does not guarantee that: \n<ul>\n\t<li>The Services always meet the User&#8217;s expectations.<\/li>\n\t<li>The operation should be continuous, safe, and error-free.<\/li>\n\t<li>The information obtained must be accurate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe User assumes all risks related to the use of the Site and Services.\n<h2>7 \u2013 Limitation of liability<\/h2>\nTo the extent permitted by law, Casa do Ferr\u00e3o is not responsible for:\n<ul>\n\t<li>Any consequential damages or lost profits suffered by the User.<\/li>\n\t<li>Loss of data or interruptions in the use of the Site.<\/li>\n\t<li>Circumstances beyond the control of Casa do Ferr\u00e3o, including force majeure.<\/li>\n\t<li>Accidents or damages resulting from the improper, reckless or negligent use of the facilities, pool or equipment by guests, failure to comply with safety rules, or acts of third parties not attributable to Casa do Ferr\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nCasa do Ferr\u00e3o&#8217;s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the reservation.\n<h2>8 \u2013 General booking and usage conditions<\/h2>\n<h3>8.1 \u2013 Capacity and accommodation<\/h3>\nMaximum capacity: 14 guests (accommodation always fully booked).\n\nRoom layout:\n<ul>\n\t<li>Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed (mezzanine)<\/li>\n\t<li>Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed (mezzanine)<\/li>\n\t<li>Bedroom 3: 1 double bed<\/li>\n\t<li>Room 4: 1 double bed<\/li>\n\t<li>Room 5: 1 double bed (or 2 single beds, according to preference)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.2 \u2013 Accommodation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n\t<li>Minimum: 1 night<\/li>\n\t<li>Maximum: 30 days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.3 \u2013 Payment<\/h3>\n<ul>\n\t<li>At the time of booking: Full payment (100%) of the total stay amount is required to guarantee and confirm the reservation.<\/li>\n\t<li>At check-in: A security deposit of \u20ac600 is required.<\/li>\n\t<li>Deposit Refund: This amount will be refunded after your stay, subject to verification of the accommodation&#8217;s condition and deduction for any damage that may have been caused to the property. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used, whenever applicable.  Any repair or replacement costs that exceed the security deposit will be charged to the reservation holder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.4 \u2013 Cancellation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n\t<li>Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival.<\/li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color: transparent\">After these deadlines, no refunds will be issued.<\/span><\/li>\n\t<li>Cancellations must be communicated by email <a href=\"mailto:reservas@casadoferrao.pt\">reservas@casadoferrao.pt<\/a> or by phone +351 962 736 161 | +351 934 504 124.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.5 \u2013 Schedules<\/h3>\n<ul>\n\t<li>Check-in: from 2 PM to 6 PM (flexible, subject to availability).<\/li>\n\t<li>Check-out: until noon (12:00) (flexible, subject to availability).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.6 \u2013 Services and amenities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n\t<li>Breakfast included<\/li>\n\t<li>Meals (lunch and dinner) by prior arrangement.<\/li>\n\t<li>Transporte opcional via Douro First Tours (<a href=\"tel:+351935059893\">+351 935 059 893<\/a>, <a href=\"mailto:dourofirstours@gmail.com\">dourofirstours@gmail.com<\/a>)<\/li>\n\t<li>Free private parking is available on site.<\/li>\n\t<li>Pet hotel: accommodation options available nearby through Quinta Equestre da Sardoeira.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.7 \u2013 Use of facilities, equipment and swimming pool<\/h3>\n<ul>\n\t<li>Casa do Ferr\u00e3o provides its facilities, indoor\/outdoor spaces, swimming pool, and equipment for free and independent use, without any permanent security, accompaniment, or supervision.<\/li>\n\t<li>Guests must use the facilities prudently, appropriately, and exclusively for their intended purpose, respecting applicable safety rules.<\/li>\n\t<li>The use of the pool is at the users&#8217; own risk. Any reckless or dangerous use is prohibited (e.g., running in the surrounding area or using glass containers nearby). <\/li>\n\t<li>In case of any detected anomaly, malfunction or deficiency, the guest must suspend use and immediately notify Casa do Ferr\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.8 \u2013 Minors and people in need of support<\/h3>\n<ul>\n\t<li>Minors and people who require special assistance must remain under the proper and constant supervision of a responsible adult, especially in the pool and in areas of increased risk.<\/li>\n\t<li>Casa do Ferr\u00e3o does not provide childcare or tutoring services for minors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.9 \u2013 Pets<\/h3>\n<ul>\n\t<li>Casa do Ferr\u00e3o does not accept pets on the property (&#8220;no pet friendly&#8221;).<\/li>\n\t<li>External service available with direct booking at Quinta Equestre da Sardoeira.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.10 \u2013 Damages, liability and missing items<\/h3>\n<ul>\n\t<li>Guests agree to preserve the property&#8217;s facilities and belongings, and are responsible for any damage, deterioration, loss, or breakage resulting from improper, negligent, or reckless use.<\/li>\n\t<li>The reservation holder is responsible for any damages caused by you and all persons covered by the reservation.<\/li>\n\t<li>Casa do Ferr\u00e3o reserves the right to charge for any damages caused, presenting the corresponding invoices. The \u20ac600 deposit may be partially or fully retained, without prejudice to the collection of any excess if the damages exceed this amount. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.11 \u2013 Smokers<\/h3>\nSmoking is prohibited inside the property.\n<h2>9 \u2013 Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/h2>\nThese Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the <strong>Portuguese Republic<\/strong>.
