In case of unauthorized use, you must notify Casa do Ferr\u00e3o immediately. <\/p>\n<h2>4 \u2013 Rights and obligations of Casa do Ferr\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>Casa do Ferr\u00e3o reserves the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You may modify, add to, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Suspend or terminate the Services, in whole or in part, without prior notice.<\/li>\n<li>Remove illegal, offensive content or content that violates the rights of third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Technical support is available via email at <a href=\"mailto:geral@casadoferrao.pt\">geral@casadoferrao.pt<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>5 \u2013 Intellectual property<\/h2>\n<p>All content on this Site, including text, photographs, images, and software, is the property of Casa do Ferr\u00e3o or duly identified third parties.<\/p>\n<p>The user cannot:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Copying, modifying, creating derivative works, or distributing content without express authorization.<\/li>\n<li>Remove or alter intellectual property notices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The use of the booking interface on the Site is authorized exclusively for making reservations for Casa do Ferr\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h2>6 \u2013 Exclusion of warranties<\/h2>\n<p>The Services are provided \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d. Casa do Ferr\u00e3o does not guarantee that: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Services always meet the User&#8217;s expectations.<\/li>\n<li>The operation should be continuous, safe, and error-free.<\/li>\n<li>The information obtained must be accurate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The User assumes all risks related to the use of the Site and Services.<\/p>\n<h2>7 \u2013 Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n<p>To the extent permitted by law, Casa do Ferr\u00e3o is not responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any consequential damages or lost profits suffered by the User.<\/li>\n<li>Loss of data or interruptions in the use of the Site.<\/li>\n<li>Circumstances beyond the control of Casa do Ferr\u00e3o, including force majeure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Casa do Ferr\u00e3o&#8217;s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the reservation.<\/p>\n<h2>8 \u2013 General booking conditions<\/h2>\n<h3>8.1 \u2013 Capacity and accommodation<\/h3>\n<p>Maximum capacity: 14 guests (accommodation always fully booked).<\/p>\n<p>Room layout:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed (mezzanine)<\/li>\n<li>Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed (mezzanine)<\/li>\n<li>Bedroom 3: 1 double bed<\/li>\n<li>Room 4: 1 double bed<\/li>\n<li>Room 5: 1 double bed (or 2 single beds, according to preference)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.2 \u2013 Accommodation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum: 1 night<\/li>\n<li>Maximum: 30 days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.3 \u2013 Payment<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>At the time of booking: Full payment (100%) of the total stay amount is required to guarantee and confirm the reservation.<\/li>\n<li>At check-in: A security deposit of \u20ac600 is required.<\/li>\n<li>Deposit Refund: This amount will be refunded after your stay, subject to verification of the accommodation&#8217;s condition and deduction for any damage that may have been caused to the property. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used, whenever applicable. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.4 \u2013 Cancellation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">After these deadlines, no refunds will be issued.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Cancellations must be communicated by email <1><a href=\"mailto:reservas@casadoferrao.pt\">reservas@casadoferrao.pt<\/a> or telephone +351 962 736 161 | +351 934 504 124.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.5 \u2013 Schedules<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-in: from 2 PM to 6 PM (flexible, subject to availability).<\/li>\n<li>Check-out: until noon (12:00) (flexible, subject to availability).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.6 \u2013 Included Services<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Breakfast included<\/li>\n<li>Meals (lunch and dinner) by prior arrangement.<\/li>\n<li>Transporte opcional via Douro First Tours (<a href=\"tel:+351935059893\">+351 935 059 893<\/a>, <a href=\"mailto:dourofirstours@gmail.com\">dourofirstours@gmail.com<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Parking available on site.<\/li>\n<li>Pet hotel: accommodation options available nearby through Quinta Equestre da Sardoeira.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.7 \u2013 Pets<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pets are not allowed on the property.<\/li>\n<li>External service available with direct booking at Quinta Equestre da Sardoeira.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.8 \u2013 Damage and missing items<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Casa do Ferr\u00e3o reserves the right to charge for intentional damages caused by the customer.<\/li>\n<li>The security deposit may be retained partially or fully, depending on the assessment of the damages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.9 \u2013 Smokers<\/h3>\n<p>Smoking is prohibited inside the property.<\/p>\n<h2>9 \u2013 Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/h2>\n<p>These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the <strong>Portuguese Republic<\/strong>.
